their implementation of IntelaTrac in a presentation to the plenary session of
the recent ERTC Asset Maximisation conference in Vienna.
Entitled
Maximising Value when Standardizing on Operator Driven Reliability as Best Practice,
Mark"s presentation explained how, in a bid to improve reliability and availability and
concurrently reducing maintenance costs, Valero has adopted Operator Driven Reliability as
a best practice and deployed IntelaTrac Work Process Improvement software in support of this initiative.
