Rex Assists - Helping you work

Rex is making available a number of applications that address common but important aspects of the day-to-day activities faced by plant operations and engineering staff which are not typically covered by traditional enterprise-wide systems. We call these small, effective applications "Assists".

The Rex Assists are small applications which deliver high functionality while removing the normal barriers to quick use. Assists are easy to adopt and learn yet have enough power to contribute significant assistance to your working day. Assists can be tailored to meet your exact requirements.

Rex Assists address areas such as:-

• Asset care policy management and development: risk matrices, consequence of failure, mitigations
• Training/competency assurance: define competency requirements, compliance reporting
• Risk register: identify control measures, financial consequences reporting
• Incident investigation
• Management of change: document changes, authorisation and tracking workflows

A key feature of the Assists from Rex is that they can be made available to you and your colleagues quickly. Assists are supplied on a subscription basis as a software service, so if you can access web sites on the Internet, then you already have the IT resources needed to use Assists. There may be no need to involve your IT group.
